Farmhouse on the Hilltop - Renovation

Our Client's growing family was in need of home to accommodate six children and to provide a suitable environment for farm to table style gardens as well as chicken and duck kennels all while being within minutes of urban amenities. A century farmhouse positioned on an idyllic rolling lot and nestled amongst two private golf clubs provided the ideal platform for a special renovation. The expansion included new footprints as well as reframing much of the old rough cut framed structure of the 1890's.
