We worked with the Clients to develop a plan that captured their desire for an modern transitional home that pays homage to classic Spanish Style architectural elements. The ten foot first floor ceilings and minimalist interior trim details lean to a light transitional finish while the cement hard coat stucco and barrel tile roof lean to the Spanish Countryside. A heated outdoor living area with kitchen area, fireplace, and powered screen enclosures invite the ability for year round entertaining with views to the pool.
