Modern Tuscan Revival - New Home

A modern take on a Tuscan Country Home was a collaboration of the Clients vision being developed by our in-house team to provide the architectural, structural and interior drawings. Authentic hard coat cement stucco, cedar beams and clay tile roof details provided the exterior context while the interior featured clean lines and finishes, with minimal interior moldings, allowing the stained knotty alder doors and beamed and planked ceilings to take a prominent role in the design aesthetic, over Mexican clay tile floors. Gracious covered outdoor living spaces with kitchen and fireplace seating areas, as well as a screened porch, address the naturally beautiful rolling landscape.
