Tudor Revival - Renovation

This historic Cleveland Heights Tudor colonial in the Euclid Golf District had fallen to a state of disrepair and neglect. Working with our Clients vision of restoration, we worked through zoning and structural challenges to create a stately re-imagination of this property with a "gut to the studs", relocation of various bearing walls, replacement of windows and roof with retention of several key historic architectural components. The attached "chauffer's quarters" were also renovated as was the entire landscape plan including new hardscapes and a pool area.
